can love or you hate, but I'm pretty sure, if you are looking for weight loss methods,
you can never ignore. General
Motors Diet or popularly known GM diet ranks first in the representations of
the regime wanted. Surprisingly, I have not found any information on GM foods
in one of the official sites of General Motors (catch up if I missed any).
Several
sites, blogs and forums have debated about GM foods, but so scattered. My first
intention of this post is to represent the different facets of this diet plan
and give an overview, based on my own experiences and my friends.
BACKGROUND:
This
diet was presented at a meeting of General Motors Corp. August 15, 1985
initially for use by employees of General Motors Company to facilitate wellness
and fitness. It was awarded by the Department of Agriculture of the United
States and the FDA also tested by the Research Center at Johns Hopkins.
It
was designed as a «detoxification program plan «to improve the metabolism of
people through their cleansing systemic effects, resulting in a better
disposition and a sense of wellbeing. As a result, a weight loss of 4-6 kg was
planned in the program of the week.
PLAN:
This
is the day diet plan gout and nutritional importance. I added a few things from
my experience and experiences that worked.
Day 1:
Fruit
of all kinds (except bananas) in no matter what amount. More
preferred are fruits and melons, due to its high water content. Also, you
should drink at least 10 glasses of water.
By
eating fruits, you prepare your system for the upcoming program. Fresh
fruit is the perfect food, providing all the essentials needed to support life.
Fruits

Believe
me, I did double the GM food and I found this most difficult day. First,
because the sweet taste of the fruit, and also due to a state of intense for

Day 2:
The
day begins with a large baked potato baked with a little butter for breakfast. By

Day 4:
A
day where you can eat eight bananas along with three glasses of milk. Not

Bananas

Day 5:
This

No fruit juice to seven days.
It allows black coffee or tea.
You
can repeat the program if you want a weight loss supplement , but it is
suggested that it should be a gap of at least two weeks between two annexes.

the most important part : the doubts , accusations and myths.

i . Only
liquids in soups , buttermilk or fruit juice for dinner on three consecutive
days a week. This
should be followed constantly, until you want your weight to recover.
ii . Drink plenty of water
if you are on the GM diet .
iii . Exercise regularly .

It's just a crash diet and a fad , nothing more! "
un. First,
it is not promoted as a weight loss diet , but a detox diet that cleans your
system from the inside. Weight
loss is merely a byproduct thereof.
b . Even
if you look like a " crash diet " , certainly will not hurt , but
"move" the weight , less time and motivate many who tend to leave

My own
experience :
Myself I have double the GM
diet . The
first time I was very sincere in following it . Thanks
