Motors Diet or popularly known GM diet ranks first in the representations of
the regime wanted. Surprisingly, I have not found any information on GM foods
in one of the official sites of General Motors (catch up if I missed any).
Several sites, blogs and forums have debated about GM foods, but so scattered. My first intention of this post is to represent the different facets of this diet plan and give an overview, based on my own experiences and my friends.

It was designed as a «detoxification program plan «to improve the metabolism of people through their cleansing systemic effects, resulting in a better disposition and a sense of wellbeing. As a result, a weight loss of 4-6 kg was planned in the program of the week.
PLAN:
This is the day diet plan gout and nutritional importance. I added a few things from my experience and experiences that worked.
Day 1:
Fruit of all kinds (except bananas) in no matter what amount. More preferred are fruits and melons, due to its high water content. Also, you should drink at least 10 glasses of water.
